1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the pk44 platform — including the casino games lobby, sports betting section, live dealer tables, promotional programmes, and payment services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must cease use of the pk44 platform immediately and must not create or continue operating a pk44 account. Access to pk44 is conditional on acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the registered player) and pk44 (the platform operator). They apply to all forms of access including desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and any other method by which the pk44 platform is accessed.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account with pk44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current personal information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion period on pk44 or any affiliated gaming platform.
• Your use of the platform must not violate any applicable law, regulation, or order in your jurisdiction of residence.

pk44 reserves the right to verify any information provided at registration at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, requesting a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on pk44. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.

3Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk44 account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account.

pk44 will not be liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorised transactions that result from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk44 support immediately by writing to [email protected].

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted from your account session.

You must keep your registered information up to date. Any changes to your name, mobile number, or associated payment methods must be communicated to pk44 support and may require additional verification.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

pk44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of credit to your pk44 wallet.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on pk44:

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits from family members — are not permitted.
• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.
• pk44 does not charge platform-side processing fees on standard withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees independently.
• Withdrawal requests from accounts that have not completed identity verification (KYC) may be held pending document submission. KYC verification typically requires a front-side photo of your CNIC.
• pk44 reserves the right to impose enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds, as required under its anti-money laundering policy.
• Deposits made for the sole purpose of transferring funds in and out without genuine gaming activity constitute a misuse of the platform and may be treated as a violation of these Terms.

pk44 may delay or refuse any withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to believe the request is fraudulent, connected to bonus abuse, or otherwise in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

5Bonuses & Promotions

pk44 offers bonuses, deposit match promotions, free spins, cashback programmes, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

General bonus conditions that apply across all pk44 promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus must be wagered 30 times).
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the offer. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period and are automatically removed from the account balance.
• pk44 bonuses are intended for individual, personal use only. Systematic exploitation of bonus terms, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or organised bonus farming, is prohibited.
• pk44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering calculation, pk44's records shall be the definitive reference and the decision of pk44 management shall be final.

6Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the pk44 platform — including live casino tables, slot games, sports betting markets, Monster Dice, and Money Wheel — are governed by individual game rules in addition to these Terms. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the specific rules of any game before placing wagers.

pk44 uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live casino tables are operated by licensed third-party game studios and are subject to the live gaming providers' own fair play certifications. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available within each game's information panel.

Sports betting markets and odds are set by pk44's trading team and third-party data providers. pk44 reserves the right to correct manifest pricing errors and to void markets where results cannot be verified through the official competition authority. All sports bets are subject to pk44's sportsbook rules, available separately within the betting section.

By placing any wager on pk44, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that past outcomes do not influence future results. pk44 does not guarantee any specific result or return on any wager.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk44 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and — where legally required — reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without prior written consent from pk44.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the pk44 platform's software, servers, or security systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live poker or live dealer games.
• Using the pk44 platform for money laundering, financing of any illegal activity, or any transaction intended to obscure the origin of funds.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or calculation errors to gain financial advantage. Any such issues must be reported to pk44 support immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward pk44 staff, live dealers, or other players via any communication channel.
• Registering or using a pk44 account while subject to a self-exclusion order from pk44 or a related platform.
• Allowing or encouraging any person under the age of 21 to access your pk44 account or to use the platform in any form.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the pk44 platform — including but not limited to the pk44 brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, promotional materials, and data — is the intellectual property of pk44 or its licensed partners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the pk44 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pk44 content without express written permission.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk44's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from or connected to your use of the pk44 platform, regardless of the cause of action or the legal theory on which the claim is based.

pk44 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, third-party connectivity failures, or force majeure events may affect platform availability. pk44 will not be liable for losses incurred during periods of platform unavailability.

10Privacy & Data

Your use of pk44 is also subject to pk44's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how pk44 collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal information, including the legal bases for processing and your rights as a data subject.

By registering with pk44, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. pk44 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with licensed game providers, payment processors, KYC verification services, and where required by law.

11Responsible Gaming

pk44 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from your pk44 account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts at defined intervals to be notified of the time you have spent playing.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a set time period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the pk44 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period selected.
• Reality Check: Enable periodic pop-up notifications showing your current session duration and net gaming outcome.

12Suspension & Closure

pk44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• The player has failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• The player's account activity is inconsistent with normal personal gaming behaviour and suggests commercial or organised betting operations.
• A court order, regulatory requirement, or law enforcement request requires action on the account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pk44 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Any balance determined to be the result of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Legitimately earned real-money balances (net of fraudulent or abusive transactions) will be returned to the player via the original payment method following the conclusion of any investigation.

13Amendments to Terms

pk44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pk44 will notify registered players via the email or mobile number associated with their account and will update the effective date shown at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the pk44 platform following the notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

14Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pk44's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or connected with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pk44's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanisms available under the applicable licensing authority.

For complaints or disputes, players are encouraged to first contact pk44 support in writing to allow the matter to be reviewed and resolved internally before escalating to any external authority.
