pk44 does not sell your personal data. We share personal data with third parties only in the following limited circumstances:

pk44 processes financial transactions via Pakistan's leading mobile money and banking platforms — primarily JazzCash and EasyPaisa, along with HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 for crypto transactions. All financial data is treated with the highest level of security and care.

pk44 does not store full payment account numbers or full banking credentials on its own servers. Where payment references are stored, they are encrypted. Complete financial credential handling is managed by the respective payment processors under their own PCI-DSS or equivalent compliance frameworks.

All payment methods used on pk44 must be registered in the account holder's own name. The use of third-party payment accounts is prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of the associated pk44 account pending investigation.

pk44 will never ask you for your JazzCash or EasyPaisa PIN, your internet banking password, or any other sensitive payment credential via email, chat, or phone. If you receive such a request claiming to be from pk44, please treat it as fraudulent and contact [email protected] immediately.

pk44 uses cookies and similar technologies (including local storage and session tokens) to operate the Platform. The following categories of cookies are in use:

pk44 retains personal data for as long as is necessary for the purpose it was collected, subject to the following minimum retention periods imposed by our licensing and legal obligations:

  • Account data and identity verification records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years following permanent account closure.
  • Transaction and financial records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of the transaction, as required by anti-money laundering regulations.
  • Gaming and bet history: Retained for a minimum of 3 years from the date of activity, for dispute resolution and responsible gaming compliance purposes.

pk44 is strictly an adults-only platform. The minimum age for registration and use of pk44 is 21 years. pk44 does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.

At registration, all players must confirm they are at least 21 years of age. pk44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a CNIC front-side photograph) at any time to confirm age eligibility. Where a player is found to be underage, their account will be immediately closed, all balances forfeited, and the relevant authorities notified as required by our licensing obligations.
